This picturesque, antique hotel has
been remodelled and upgraded offering a fascinating
framework, with modern amenities. There is still a trace of
the 13th century tower that was once part of the premises,
once a convent. The hotel offers characteristic views
of the Arno river, Ponte Vecchio and typical Florentine
rooftops. It was here
that some scenes from the movie "A room with a view" were
filmed. The lovely terrace is the perfect place for a
